Continuous contract chart on demo

Is it possible to have continuous contract chart on a demo account? Is there a workaround if you can't load continuous contract chart on the demo account?

Thanks for your post.

Currently NinjaTrader Continuum connections do not provide data for continuous contracts however by default data is automatically merged to build continuous data within NinjaTrader.

For example if you open a ES 09-22 chart set to load 90 days NinjaTrader will merge data from ES 06-22 into ES 09-22 to backfill your chart.

The way I trade requires a lot of historical data, on daily charts the more the better, on lower TFs ideally the same. On the faster TFs like 2 min, I'm, fine with a couple of days with historical data.
So ideally, it should be ##-##. But as that is not supported, is there a way to merge a bunch of expired contracts?

If you are looking for a free source for continuous daily data using the expiry ##-## you can connect to the Kinetick End Of Day (Free) connection within NinjaTrader. For the lower time frame charts with the demo account when selecting the current expiry data is merged automatically to build continuous data.
