    Hello hdge4u,

    Thank you for the note.

    An arrow on the left pointing to the right means it is an Entry order. The arrow on the Right pointing left is an Exit order.

    The colors can be changed, but by this picture, I would guess that Green is being used for a Buy Order and the Red means Sell order.

      so apparently this is a glitch. because those are single entries and exits with no multiples involved.

        Thank you for the update.

        Are you saying that at the places where we see two arrows point at each other, there were not two orders placed at that point? An Entry and Exit order?

        Were you placing these orders manually or using an automated NinjaScript Strategy to place those orders?
        • If you were using an automated NinjaScript Strategy to place those orders, then please reach out to the developer of the NinjaScript Strategy for further information on how it is placing orders and why it is resulting in the markers being drawn that way.
        • If you switch to the Sim101 account and intentionally test the markers by using the buy market and sell market buttons, do the Markers Draw as expected?
          • If the Markers are still not drawing as expected, I would like to take a look at your Log, Trace, and Database files to compare with what is seen on the chart.
            • Go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support
            • Select: Platform Technical Support
            • Enter the subject as: Clayton ATTN 03282358"
            • Include any additional information in the Body as desired
            • Ensure the "Log and trace files" box is checked
            • Expand "Other files" > Check "Database file"
              • Send the email
