FDAX Overnight datas missing

    FDAX Overnight datas missing

    Hello!
    on my chart I cannot see any overnight data of FDAX today's session. My datas start at 7am,
    On the same chart on each other day they start in the night.
    Is there any issue I am not aware of?

    Hello Gmonte,

    Thank you for your post.

    Does this behavior persist if you right-click on your chart and select 'Reload Historical Data'?

    If it does, let's try removing and redownloading the Historical Data from this instrument using the following steps:
    • Disconnect from your Data Provider
    • Go to the Control Center > Tools > Historical Data > Edit window
    • Right-click on the data listed for this instrument and select 'Remove'
    • Restart NinjaTrader and reconnect to your Data Provider for the data to be redownloaded from their servers.


    Does the gap remain after following the above steps? Please feel free to ask any additional questions as well.

      I tried to do as you suggested,but nothing changed.

        Hello Gmonte,

        Please try the steps below:

        Please reset instruments, following steps below.
        • First, disconnect from any data providers by navigating to the Control Center > Connections menu, and left-click on “disconnect” that appears to the right when hovering your mouse over any active connection
        • Next, reset your instruments by navigating to the Control Center > Tools > Database Management
        • In the Database Management window, left-click on "Rollover"
        • Under the “Update instruments” section, ensure that “General properties”, "Futures expiries" and “Symbol mappings” options are checked and then click Update
        • Lastly, restart NinjaTrader for the changes to occur



        Please also delete the cache and historical data folders stored on your PC, following the steps below.
        • Shut down NinjaTrader.
        • Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > db folder.
        • Delete the sub-folder named 'cache'.
        • Delete everything within 'minute', 'day', 'tick' folders.


        Restart NinjaTrader, get connected and open a new FDAX chart without templates or indicators. Does the behavior still persist?
