Help, cannot download NinjaTrader 8! (Please restart your server...)

If I go here:

To download the latest version of NT8, and I type in my license key, I get a dialog that says "Processing" that never goes away.

I have also tried the @SIM key provided in this thread:

Same thing. I have tried both Chrome and Edge on multiple machines. I have also tried the "Free! Download Now" link in the lower right corner. At this point, I think it is a server issue on the NinjaTrader side.

Help! I have a rare free day to really work on my algo, and I figured I would start out by resolving the conflict with NT8 and OneDrive that trashed my NT8 project earlier in the week.

So I've deinstalled NT8 as per the instructions, but now I cannot download a version so I can reinstall it.

I realize it is a Sunday, but if anyone see this and can help, that would be great. I cannot tell you how frustrating it will be if this day ends up being wasted b/c of this.

Ok, I found an old NT8 msi file in the download directory of one of my machines, so I am back up and running, but it would be great if you could make the download process work again so I can get back to a newer version. Thanks.
