IBKR Gateway version 981.3i not working

    IBKR Gateway version 981.3i not working

    Since today I get the message "Version 981.3i no longer supported". I also tried 981.3g and 10.12.2v with the same result.

    I also tried 10.19.1b which is willing to start and Ninjatrader does connect. However it does not download any data and it does not run my strategies.

    Please help!

    I'm "happy" that I'm not the only one experiencing this! I simply cannot trade since I'm unable to load any chart data and executions won't work either. Ninjatrader: Please update your connection guide for the new version: Interactive Brokers Connection Guide | NinjaTrader

    Edit: I've also requested assistance from NinjaTrader platformsupport email address. Hopefully we get this resolved ASAP.​

            Now https://ninjatrader.com/ConnectionGu...nnection-Guide​ shows another supported version: 10.16.1k

            The result is the same:

                    You can find the supported TWS/Gateway version on the Interactive Brokers connection guide at the link below.


                    Once there is news regarding the matter, I will let you know.

                      Upon testing on our end, we verified version 10.16.1k is working. If you are still unable to connect, could it be you have an IBKR LITE account? If so, unfortunately those account are not supported.

                      If version 10.16.1k does not work for you, please send us an email at "platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com" including your Interactive Brokers username.

                        I'm trading from Europe so I cannot even apply IBKR Lite account. So there is definately still something wrong since 10.16.1k is not working for me

                          I'm trading from Europe as well and this is the prompt that I receive when trying with 10.16.1k.

                          10.19.1b connects fine and I get realtime data but historical data is not loading.

                              No, I do not have a LITE account. 10.16.1k is not working (see screenshot that I have send above. I have send an e-mail to platformsupport.

                              Please Help!
