    Platform support

    How long for [email protected] to respond to emails. I sent one yesterday afternoon and still have not had a response.

    Thank you for your post.

    You should have received a reply by now. If you did not can you please check your Spam and Junk box to confirm the email was not filtered to one of these folders. If you cannot locate a reply can you please clarify what issue you are experiencing so I may further assist.

      Nothing in spam or junk folder. I have connected to live data however I cannot connect to ninjatrader continuum, username or password incorrect
      Ive just resent the email to brokerage and treasury and see if I get a reply

        If you do not receive a reply please go to Help->Email Support and be sure to include Attn: Chris Jameson in the Subject line, a link to this thread in the body and a check in the box for "Log and trace files".
