Closing price difference

Hello, im training my 2nd entries in ninja treder simulated training, data on ES (SP500) is comming through my Interactive Brokers account. Last trade close on completly different price, candle did not even reached this price. This was closing order, not stop/limit. Did anything like this happen to anyone? Mabey it was a missprint from IB data feed. Just wanted to ask, if in future I will switch to full account and start trading, this would be hudge issue.

Simulated trading still exits in super wierd prices, good it's simulated account.

So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:

• What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.? or 8.0.?.?)
• What version of TWS or IB Gateway do you currently have installed? (This is located in TWS at Help > About Trader Workstation)
• (For a chart) what interval is selected? For example, 5 minute, 1 day, 2000 volume, 4 Renko, etc.
• Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

Thank you for your reply.

This is not the supported version of TWS, which is probably the cause of the discrepancy since only a specific version is supported. Please download and connect using the appropriate version of TWS, which is 10.16.1K. You may download this version from our Connection Guide at the link below;

Please let us know if the issue persists when using the correct version of TWS.
