Something stopping my data feed

I'm testing my strategy with real time data. But sometimes after running for awhile the data feed, which is coming from Forex.com, stops. If I reload the historical data, it starts again. So that leads me to believe that the problem is on my end rather than from the data brokerage. My internet connection is on DSL with 40 mbps and connectivity isn't dropping as far as I see. I'm not an IT systems guy, so I don't know what kinds of files to review to see if I can determine where the problem is. If someone has that knowledge and can share with me some ways of tracing down this problem, I would be most appreciative.

Please write into [email protected] along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
