Problem with two data feeds

Dear Ninja-Team,

I have two data feeds: CQG from AMP for futures symbols and Kinetick for stocks & market metrics like $Tick.
When I connect first to CQG and second to Kinetick the $Tick doesn't work. And when I connect first to Kinetick and second to CQG the Futures symbols are delayed.

Can you help me please?

Thank you for your inquiry.

If you receive live futures data from CQG and live index data from Kinetick, we will need to set preferred connections in order to ensure that the data for each asset class is coming from the correct source.

To do this;

1. Disconnect from all active connection
2. Go to Control Center > Tools
3. Select 'Options' from the Tools menu
4. Select 'Market data'
5. Expand the 'Preferred connections — historical' section
6. Change the 'Futures' setting from it's current value to CQG
7. Change the 'Index' setting from it's current value to Kinetick
8. Expand the 'Preferred connections — real-time' section
9. Change the 'Futures' setting from it's current value to CQG
10. Change the 'Index' setting from it's current value to Kinetick
11. Select Apply and OK
12. Reconnect to each of your connections

This will ensure that all of your Index data comes from Kinetick and all of your futures data comes from CQG, regardless of which provider you connect with first.
