    account connection problem

    Dear Sir,
    I work for long time with a "lifetime licence" of Ninjatrader and Interactive Brokers connected by API

    Then Now I ve open an account to ninjatrader
    I credited my account
    I receive my login and password
    I sent my licence number to ninjatrader to adapt the rate price of commission

    But is not possible to connect to my account I can not found the "ninjatrader continum" connection.
    Probably that is because my lifetime licence is not connected to my new account?

    Can you help me please?

    Thank you for your post.

    The lack of NinjaTrader Continuum connection is likely due to having a Single Broker Lifetime license key rather than a Multi Broker Lifetime license key. This can be verified and further assisted with my writing in to platformsales[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com. If you do have a Single Broker Lifetime license key, you can upgrade to a Multi Broker for the difference in cost which is $550USD.

      Hello Alaura,
      thank for your answer.

      I ve upgrated to a multi broker license on friday, but it still doesn't work​. IB connection work but I cannot connect to my new ninjatrader connection.

      I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Ninjatrader and there is the same problem.

      I receive each time 2 error messages (cf enclosed image)

      Can you help me ?
