    Trade not showing that it closed.

    I am running a strategy (against TD Ameritrade live ) and the trade was closed, but the chart does not show it is closed. How do I fix this. It seems like the strategy ran fine.

    Looks like the system does not know the trade was closed. I just received a bunch of warnings at EOD and it looks like the strategy tried to send a Exit on session close order. How do I fix this?

      Hello Erik,

      Thank you for your inquiry.

      First and foremost, external orders are generally orders that have been executed from somewhere outside of NinjaTrader. Please first contact TD Ameritrade to verify whether or not the orders were executed from their end for any reason.

      After you reach out to TDA, order submission issues are best worked over email so that we can ask for more detailed personal information about the orders. We need information from your log and trace files, which cannot be shared on the forum.

      Please send us your log and trace files, as well as a detailed description of the issue so that we may look into what occurred more thoroughly

      You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support and ensuring the 'Log and trace files' is selected (it's selected by default)

        Hi,
        Zachary,

        I still cannot get the strategy to run. I do not use the account for anything except running Ninjatrader (the order has not been executed from somewhere outside). I just got a similar or the same error and sent support an email.
