    No Rithmic connection available to configure

    I'm hoping that I can get an answer here, I'm confused and frustrated. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    I have a lifetime license and my broker is GFF, only option since I'm Canadian. My connection configuration is a Continuum one when using this lifetime license and account, and I use order flow tools so the lifetime license is needed.

    I also have Apex accounts. There is a license key given with this but it does not include order flow and its a Rithmic connection. I have tried using my lifetime license key and configuring a Rithmic connection, however, there is no Rithmic connection option there at all.

    Why don't I have the Rithmic connection configuration option with my lifetime license? Is there something that I can do to use order flow with Apex?

    I've put in a help ticket but they response was talking about how Tradeovate cannot be added............I didn't ask about that and I don't know what it is so I'm not sure why that was the answer.

    Thank you for using NinjaTrader!

    You can use the "Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage" connection to be able to connect to your Apex account.

      Hi Luis,

      I don't have that option. That's what my problem is. I put in my lifetime license key and my connection options do not include "Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage"

          I'm in the same boat friend! I've tried to connect my Apex account and it doesn't work with my lifetime license! Is it something possible here in Canada? natmcwinter

                      Okay. On 8.0 this would be a function of whether you have a multi broker entitlement and what kind of license key you have (if it's tied to a broker and which one). You'll need to hold for NinjaTrader Support to respond to your license key after you emailed in to them and included your license key so they could advise you.

                          I will post the solution here, maybe it will help someone. You need to update your NT to the version 8.1.1.5. It worked for me, I can now select the Rithmic option.
