All Market Analyzer templates throw Index Out Of Range

Today my Market Analyzer windows loaded up totally blank. No tab titles, no columns. While investigating, I created a blank workspace and added a Market Analyzer window. I have about 20 Market Analyzer templates, and now none of them work. Attempting to apply any template to any Market Analyzer window resulted in this 'IndexOutOfRangeException'. Thank you for the inquiry.

Can you please confirm whether you are using a strategy or are trying to custom script an addon?

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN SEV 03692351" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
