    How do I edit Columns out in the Trade Performance Report like in NT7 ?

    Hello Jerry,

    To remove columns from the TradePerformance window:
    • Right-click the TradePerformance window -> select Properties...
    • For the Display option you are viewing in the window, click the arrow to expand the corresponding Columns - <section >
    • Check the boxes for the columns you want to view
    • Click OK

      As you can see I do not have any of those
      selections.

        I had the same issue, this is very unintuitive and needs some fixing

        If you right click in trade window , properties, click reset in bottom right then click restore the settings for removing columns will appear.

        Like I said not very intuitive. I had to find it by accident, I don't believe the help file is much help if I remember correctly..

            Did this occur after updating from 8.0.0.14 to 8.0.1.0?

            Are you able to reproduce the behavior?

              Chelsea, I don't know. I never got very far with the previous version on this computer before the Release came out. So there was a previous version but as to what was there in the trade performance properties, I am clueless as i really didn't get that far in using it.

                I'm not certain from your reply if you are able to reproduce the behavior.

                Are you able to reproduce this behavior?

                I've installed 8.0.0.14 and then updated to 8.0.1.0 but I was not able to reproduce this behavior.

                  this behavior is very repeatable it does it every time I click on properties

                    Hello James108,

                    This may indicate something in the settings is corrupted.

                    Are you using NinjaTrader 8.0.1.0?
                    Have you upgraded from NinjaTrader 8.0.0.14 to 8.0.1.0 or did you do a new install when first installing 8.0.1.0?

                    I would like you to see if you are able to reproduce the behavior with a new settings folder (without removing the old settings folder so that we may further investigate with this.)

                    To create a development NinjaTrader folder:
                    • Shutdown NinjaTrader
                    • Rename (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 8\ to (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 8.original\
                    • Download the NinjaTrader installation package from the link below
                    • http://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
                    • Run the repair from this (if the repair is unsuccessful, uninstall and then re-install NinjaTrader)

                    This will recreate the NinjaTrader 8 folder in (My) Documents

                    If you need to switch back to your original environment:
                    • Shutdown NinjaTrader
                    • Rename (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 8 to (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 8.testing\
                    • Rename (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 8.original to (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 8\
                    • Start NinjaTrader


                    Using a clean settings folder are you able to reproduce the behavior?

                          I have been able to repeat the problem when I apply two data series to one chart in a otherwise blank Workspace ( No Indicators and no other charts) It doesn't happen to me with only one Data Series. I had to reboot between tests to get the problem to occur or not.

                              My zip file is over 3 GB so it is taking a while to upload.

                              Meanwhile I did a clean install in NT8 and migrated my data and settings from NT7

                              After a few tries in and out of the Trade Report the same issue happened. and the workaround worked.

                              We need to figure out how to fix this as I really need to import the data from NT7.

                              should I still send the original zip file to you?
