    Order cannot be submitted

    Hello support

    Can you tell me why this happens an what I am supposed to do about it - it is infuriating!!!!

    When I close an order, and try to place another, this often happens.....

    Order 'XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX' cannot be submitted. The OCO ID 'XXXXXXXXXXXXXX' cannot be reused.
    Please use a new OCO ID....

    Hello globaljobber,

    Can you please disable 'OCO Order' from the right click menu in the order entry window you use.

    When you submit OCO orders manually, you will need to disable/enable it for each new set of OCO orders. So after you submitted your OCO orders, please always right click in the order entry window and disable 'OCO Order'. If you like to submit a new OCO order set, please right click again and enable 'OCO Order'. Disable it again once you submitted the OCO orders and so on.
