connection problems

I'm new in ninja trader and i have a problem with my conection when i try to connect my demo account a message appears and dont let me do anything is something like "failed to unzip server data system argumentexcption

also when i try to import a file this happened

someone could help me please.

Please send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->EMail Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.
