Kinetick stop updating

    Kinetick stop updating

    I have Kinetick as my data provider and use delay data to analyse the oil market.
    I don't know why but it randomly stop updating the data for a while and get the data back a bit later.

    If I look at the trace and log files no error but I get this line :

    2016-12-06 10:50:37:114 Server.HdsClient.Connect: type=IS server='is-us-002.ninjatrader.com' port=31658 system='NT'
    2016-12-06 11:50:37:115 Server.HdsClient.Connect: type=IS server='is-us-002.ninjatrader.com' port=31658 system='NT'

    I have included the trace and log files.

    I have manually removed the log and trace files you attached as they contain sensitive information.

    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
