Connection lost to Information Server

    Connection lost to Information Server

    Since end of today's US Equities RTH session have been getting log message:

    Connection lost to Ninjatrader Historical Data Server hds us 002 ninjatrader dot com.

    All of the indicators plots go blank after I connect to CQG and Kinetick.

    Restarted PC and problem seems to be resolved.

    There was a momentary HDS outage today (December 07th), that has been resolved. Please disconnect from and reconnect to your data feed provider. If the behavior you reported persists please reach out to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and the first available technician will assist you as soon as possible.
