    Are you purposely freezing up Ninja

    I had seen reports of Messages freezing up Ninja. But now I am getting a message everytime I start even tho I check it. . When one comes in I have to use TaskManager to Kill Ninja. When I restart a new message comes in. I am caught in a Catch 22.

    STOP SENDING MESSAGES UNTIL YOU FIX THE PROBLEM>

    We are tracking the behavior of In Product Announcements (IPAs) and what it is causing for different users.

    So that I may investigate I would ask that you contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20161206.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.
