Acct Performance > does not load

    Acct Performance > does not load

    going to Acct Performance > Select Dates range > Generate does not load the report. Only works if select 3 day range but doing Month To Date or ove 3 days does load the report. It hangs and shows circling hour glass/circle.

    removed cache
    upgraded to latest build
    my Data provider is IB
    works with SIM account

    what else to checK?

    going to IB's site directly and generating a month to date report works fine but not able to do via NT

      Hello caltrader, and thank you for your question.

      NinjaTrader keeps an account history separate from IB TWS' history. If you have not placed your trades through NinjaTrader, this is one factor that could cause this.

      Another thing that could cause this is resetting your database recently.

      If you know that neither of these is a factor, please let us know so we may assist further.

        1. I did place orders in NT, not TWS
        2. in order to fix it I did > File > Options > Data > both DB repair and DB reset

        problem existing before and after.

          A database reset will not restore your trade history. It will instead replace your database with a blank, "default" database, destroying your trade history. The only way at this point to recover your trade history will be restoring from a back-up (under File -> Utilities in NT7, Tools -> Import -> Backup File in NT8).

            After resttore it's not longer hanging but running Month-to-Date only shows first 6 days of DEcember, does not show everything. Restore was from 12/7/16 does not show trade data after 12/6/17

              This is to be expected if you performed your back-up on the 7th. Should you be unable to capture new trade history, please let us know so we may assist further.
