Error loading template file

    Error loading template file

    I am getting an error when I try to load a template from another PC. Both machines have the same version of NT8.

    Code:
    was either designed for an earlier version of NinjaTrader or the file is not formatted correctly
    Both have all of the same custom indicators, versions etc. The only difference is that the originating PC has a full trading account but only running simulation at this time.

    I've checked the XML file with an online validation check and there are no errors.

    There is nothing in the trace file for this error.

    So that I may investigate I would ask that you contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20161218.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.
