Gosh. Gain Capital "futuresonline" supports atomic OSOTO orders. My impression is that IB and TDA support them. Even my 401k equities broker, Fidelity, supports this through their web interface.

Even my MT4 account has server side order functionality. How can it be that NT8 doesn't?
Very strange. NT will be losing a bit of custom with this omission.
