NT8 crashes Problem Event Name: CLR20r3

I had an issue with NT8 when the platform used to crash with the following Problem Event Name: CLR20r3

    NinjaTrader has stopped working
Faulting application name: NinjaTrader.exe, version: 8.0.2.0, time stamp: 0x58419fb9
Faulting module name: unknown, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x00000000
    Exception code: 0xc00000fd
    Fault offset: 0x000007fe928cbe66
    Faulting process id: 0x48c
    Faulting application start time: 0x01d26221438fa10a
    Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 8\bin64\NinjaTrader.exe
    Faulting module path: unknown
    Report Id: 70242541-ce2d-11e6-95bc-f04da22ed127

In may case the issue has been resolved by removing the following update on Win7 Pro 64bit:
KB2912390 (Vulnerability in Direct2D Could Allow Remote Code Execution).

Also, I had the same issue on a Win8 64bit computer and I removed the following updates to fix the issue: KB2912390 KB2893294 KB2892074. I didn't have time to find the specific update that causes the issue but I'm assuming it was KB2912390.

    Dear technical support,

I don't need help with this issue any more. I took me a few weeks to find a solution and you were not helpful. May I ask you to escalate this issue over to your developers team and have them do more testing please? NT8 wasn't stable for me and I just got an evidence that NT it is not a professional platform and it is suitable to beginners\testers only. You should have done a better testing prior releasing the NT8 platform to people. Again, I can't trust NT any more.

    thank you,
    Sergey

    Thanks for providing this solution.

I have a Windows 7 machine with KB2912390 installed which is not crashing as you've reported, however, I see you have an open ticket with my colleague Ryan in which we have your diagnostic files.

We'll be following up via email with further troubleshooting.

Try running an optimization or a WFO mine crashes every few runs with this error. Removing the update had no impact on this performance.
