Gc 02-17?

Can't load a chart with GC 02-17, only comes out as GC and blank even though was added in instrument list.

Hello,

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X or 8.0.X.0)

What is your NinjaTrader license Key? You can check under Help -> License Key

Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

(For a chart) what interval is selected?

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

This is an NT8 issue (using 8.02.02). Have been using NT7 for years, never had this problem. It has nothing to do with my feed, which is IB (all other symbols work fine) GC is stuck in last year's April contract, when I change it to 02-17 it indicates it as such, but back to instrument list it has not changed. There is no error message, it just comes out as GC which cannot get any data.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
