Price axis extends and compress chart after position is taken

I trade the OMXS30 future (OMX Stockholm), using IB and TWS.

After I take a position the price is multiplied by 100 and causes the price axis to extend greatly. This causes the price bars to vertically compress so they are not visible anymore.

I found a workaround when this occurs, and that is to open the properties of Chart Trader and uncheck 'Auto scale'.

What does the position price report as within Trader Workstation? Does the same issue occur if you place trades from within the Trader Workstation platform and view them In NinjaTrader?

What version of TWS are you using? You can find this within TWS under Help > About TWS

What version of NinjaTrader 8 are you using? You will find this under the Help > About.

Can you provide a screenshot of the OMXS30 settings? Go to Tools > Instruments > Select OMXS30 > Edit

The position price within TWS is reported correctly. Each tick is .25 for the OMXS30 future.

I'm using "TWS-latest" which autoupdates itself, currently it's v962.2c. I know Ninjatrader currently only support v954.But everything else is working. But sure, I could "downgrade" to 954 just to see if there's any difference.

There is a new version of NinjaTrader 8 (8.0.3.0) which supports TWS 960.2g. Please upgrade NinjaTrader and also uninstall your current TWS and install the supported TWS.

• First get your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
• Click on the link: http://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
• Enter your license key and press Submit
• Select 'NinjaTrader 8' if you are on the NinjaTrader 8
• Select 'Download'
• Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.
