Volume Data Problems

Hi,

The volume indicator shows abnormal values in every charts. I send you an image of my chart where the volume of the two lasts sessions is erroneous. I've tried to reload and repair the data but couldn't fix the problem. Hope for your help, thanks.

Hello Bruno Silva,

I am able to reproduce it on my end when connected to NinjaTrader Continuum. I will forward a report to our server team regarding the incorrect volume values for January 18 and 19. Thank you for reporting.

You could manually enter different values as follows. Please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Historical Data. Double click Historical-->ES 03-17-->Last-->Day-->2017. Double click the cell with the incorrect volume and a new value.

Thanks for your reply. Regarding the manually enter the values seems very hard because is not only the daily chart but also every minute chart as the same issue.

The problem affects volume charts and cumulative delta indicators as well. There is no way for us to replace the incorrect data.

I see, the issue is not limited to daily data. There is incorrect volume minute data starting 9:30 AM EST on January 19th as well. Tick data is fine when I test it. Thank you for letting me know - I will include it in the report.

as reported elsewhere, ( http://ninjatrader.com/support/forum...8&postcount=26 ) volume data is all stamped as an active "sell", thus wreaking havoc in delta indicators
