daily bar charts not displaying current february 24 bar?

    daily bar charts not displaying current february 24 bar?

    my 3 forex daily bar charts are not displaying the current february 24 bar ... even though the chart trader panel on the right displays actively changing bid and ask prices?

    my 2 ninja continuum data feed charts on the other hand are performing correctly [i.e.] they display the actively changing most recent february 24 price bar.

    please advise.

    Hello joemiller,

    Do you load the current daily bar if you right click in the chart and you select 'Reload All Historical Data'?

    Does the black price marker change in the chart or does it remain at the same price?

    In addition, to what data feed/broker do you connect in NinjaTrader?

      Wade through the thread below as it might cover what is happening to you. There have been ongoing daily chart problems with FX pairs. Most of the issues appear to occur when using FXCM for both current and historical data.

          Can you please send me your NinjaTrader log and trace files so I can investigate. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Right click the log and trace folder and select Send to-->Compressed (zipped) folder. Subsequently attach both .zip files in your email and send it to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Please put 'Att Jason, 1666478' in the subject field.

          Windows start menu-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 8-->log

          Windows start menu-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 8-->trace

            everything working ok now after disconnecting/reconnecting, etc.
            and a nasty message [i.e.] see attachment
