Chart missing data need to delete cache

When I draw a 30 minute chart I've noticed that sometimes ninja doesn't correctly draw all the data it should. If i switch from 30m to 15m, the data shows up. Is there a way to make sure ninja refreshes the cache to prevent this from happening? It happens almost every other day. I have to close ninja, then delete all the 30m files. Sometimes the underlying 1-tick data is messed up also so I have to delete that too.

    15m good: https://www.screencast.com/t/OTBjxEc1vUgu
    30m w/ cache deleted good: https://www.screencast.com/t/eJn5JrixA

    Hello habibalex,

Can you please send me your NinjaTrader log and trace files so I can investigate. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Right click the log and trace folder and select Send to-->Compressed (zipped) folder. Subsequently attach both .zip files in your email and send it to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put "Att Jason 1669773' in the subject field.

Every day, I start NT8 via a batch file, which deletes the db\cache. Once connected, I download historical data for the instruments on my workspace. Then, and only then, do I open the workspace.

bigsnack, there is typically some underlying issue which causes this error to occur. We would need to look at your log and trace files to determine the root of the issue.

Please follow Jason's steps to send us your log and trace files so we can find the solution for your particular case.
