I'm writing this to go on the record that NT8 has been crashing for at least the last two hours. I am simply running one of my custom indicators that has always worked flawlessly, and now it runs for a minute or two, then crashes. Nothing listed in log/trace.
In the past it has magically started working in the morning. All I can do is cross my fingers.Tags: None

If the platform has crashed, there should be some useful information in the trace files. So that I may investigate I would ask that you contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20170307.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.Drew O.NinjaTrader Customer Service
