    error message ''account has been manually locked out''

    error message ''account has been manually locked out'' is displayed when trying to connect to ninja continuum.

    my account is with dorman.
    who within ninja or dorman should i contact to address the problem?

      the issue is probably that i just closed an individual account and opened a joint account with Dorman
