    Charts frozen

    my charts have been frozen since yesterday and cannot get a response from support. Beginning to panic. Any suggestions why this may be happening? I am connected but everything is just stalled

    Support is sparse on the weekend.

    What are you trying to trade? Who are you connected to?
    Why are you panicking? Take a deep breath.

    US markets open 6:00pm Sunday night. http://www.cmegroup.com

    I'm not aware of any markets open Saturday.

      Big laugh!!! because I fear this cannot get resolved by tomorrow evening. I promise I have spent 8 hours working on this with e-mails back and forth with support and no resolve.... I wish they could just pick up the phone and call.

      I can connect just everything is frozen I an trading CL 05-17 but any instrument I put in still the same everything stuck on yesterday at 15:00.... You are right I am taking a deep breath and going to work out....

        Hello Cassiejo,

        It is expected that the CL chart would stop updating at 5:00 PM Eastern time Friday when the market closes.

        The market reopens Sunday at 6:00 PM Eastern time.



        Please wait until this time and then post in this thread if you are not receiving real-time data.

          Thank you Chelsea that makes really good sense and I thought that but I cannot even get simulated feed....I suppose it will be resolved tomorrow. Just disappointed that it looks like I will miss an opportuinity...

            Hello Cassiejo,

            The Chart uses a Trading Hours template and will not show data outside of the template's scheduled hours.

            To see data building when connected to the Simulated Data Feed during the weekend when the market is closed use the Default 24/7 trading hours template.

              Chelsea, seriously you are brilliant!!!! do you know how many hours and how many e-mails have gone back and forth to support? I have repaired database, uninstalled and Installed ninja. I am new to Ninja and I was using 24/7 last weekend when I was getting acclimated. Thank you!!!!!!! how frustrated I have been. So appreciate the solution.....
