NT8 skipping a day on the chart

Hi,

Just noticed a strange behaviour, I am using NT8. my chart is skipping 12th April from the series (refer the attached screenshot)

checked Data Series and data for 12th April is available (refer screen attached).

Any thoughts?

Hello, just to add to this - i experience this frequently but accept is part of other testing going on in other threads - i am connected to Rithmic - the solution at the moment is to clear the db/cache ... and reconnect and is fine ; however there is obviously something else going on - it seems i need to clear db/cache about every 2/3 days whenever i see this - sometimes it will happen to CL and be ok on ES and then is missing on ES and ok on CL.

I've done some extensive testing with Rithmic but I was not able to reproduce.
