    DOM issue with CL

    G'day,
I've updated to 6.1 today and the DOM is going crazy.
    The clock is US EST.
    Data is from AMP/CQG

    Hello,

    Thank you for your post,

To test, please reset your instruments, this will ensure that the internal setting for the instruments are up-to-date with server specifications: To reset your instruments please follow the steps below.

First, disconnect from any data providers by navigating to the Control Center > Connections menu, and left-click on “disconnect” that appears to the right when hovering your mouse over any active connection
Next, reset your instruments by navigating to the Control Center > Tools > Database Management
In the Database Management window, under the “Update instruments” section, ensure that “General properties”, "Futures expiries" and “Symbol mappings” options are checked and then click Update
Lastly, restart NinjaTrader for the changes to occur

Let me know if you see the same after taking these steps.

        Thank you for your reply,

Sorry to hear that didn't help. If you open a new SuperDOM, do you see the same? Tesing on my end, the quotes are appearing normal with CQG data and the updated version.

If the new DOM also has this issue, can you please let me know if you see the same when launched in safe mode?

Safe Mode will prevent NinjaTrader from:

        Loading workspaces.
        Connecting on start-up.
        Loading custom assemblies.
Getting instrument updates from the server.
To enable safe mode, please use the following steps:

        Exit NinjaTrader.
Hold the CONTROL key and double click the NinjaTrader icon.
Keep the CONTROL key held down until you see the Control Center.
You can verify you are in safe mode by going to Help -> About.

We look forward to assisting further.

            New SuperDOM is the same.

I assume I'm to connect to CQG and load a new SuperDOM?

The DOM appears to be operating correctly in safe mode.
              What's my next step, please?
              Isolate add-ons?

                Thank you for your reply,

Yes, I suggest shutting down and launching normally. From there, close all open workspaces via the Workspace menu. In a new, blank workspace, create a SuperDOM without any templates or addons loaded.

Next, add back 1 indicator at a time to any charts or other windows. Please keep track of what indicators you add back in so that we can narrow down what indicator is causing the issue if the issue returns.

See the below section of our help guide for more on using and troubleshooting third-party add-ons.
