    TDA connection difficulties

    Is anyone having problem connecting to TDA today using NT8.0.6.0? I am unable to connect. No problem with NT7. Didn't have problem yesterday with NT8

    Connection survived 7:00am est culling. Still going strong.

    Another connection didn't to tda in a different test app and speed streaming 7:00am. I was able to reconnect before 8:00am est?

    Because I love suffering in this stuff, I disconnected my NT8 and can't reconnect also.

      sledge, tda say it is not having problem and suggested I contact ninjatrader, no words from ninjatrader. Not using nt8 for now. Can't afford to waste time troubleshooting these issues now.

        NT8 not cannecting to TDA this morning, STEADY YELLOW



        - Restarted NT8 almost 10 times
        - Restarted PC
        - Manually disconnected and connected to TDA, and still nothing

        I can not believe this is happening.

          Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

          This does not appear to be isolated to a particular version of NinjaTrader 8. We are able to reproduce the yellow connection state on our end. Our internal tracking number for this is QA-2954.

          We are working together with TD Ameritrade to resolve this as quickly as possible.

          I will update this post with any new information.

              The following line shows up in my log 10 minutes ago:

              The connection was forcibly closed by TDA.

                            Approximately 3PM Eastern US time yesterday afternoon, TD Ameritrade informed us that they had made an adjustment to resolve the connection issues.

                            If you are still unable to connect to TD Ameritrade, please write into PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com. Include a link to this forum post and brief summary of what you're experiencing.
