    Continous data error

    Hi,

    I have a weird problem. I use Ninjatrader 8 on two different computers (stationary when at home, laptop when on the road), and I subscribe to Kinetick real time CME data.

    Now, when loading historical continuous data for the Emini (ES ##-##) on each computer the series differ. The March 1 ATH in ES, for instance, is 2401 in the first case, and 2398 (which I believe is correct?) in the second. In each case, I load 300 days and set the current day as end date, and I use "CME US Index Futures RTH" trading hours.

    I have tried deleting all historical data for ES on both platforms without success.

    Any suggestions what I might be missing?

    Have you checked the rollover offset values to see if they differ?

      Hi,

      It says N/A on both. Contract months and rollover dates are identical though.

        Within the Kinetick connection, there is an option named "Use back adjusted data". Is this enabled or disabled in your Kinetick connections?

        If these are different between your PCs, I would suggest disabling this setting on both installations of NinjaTrader, reconnecting, then right-clicking on your chart and selecting 'reload all historical data'.
