Playback fixed scaling problem

So I was testing for the problem I am having with Draw.Line crashing NT8. and ran into
another problem I have reported in the past. I made a short video demonstrating how the Fixed scaling get altered by Playback. Note how the scaling is Initially set and then repeatedly gets shrunken by just Scrolling in Playback.

Just an added note. The playback data was 49 tick going back over a month. I mention this
because I believe you must have sufficient varied conditions to trigger the Fixed scaling change.
Whether it has anything to do with Tick data that is another question.
