    NT8 Trouble

    Hello everyone!

    I was testing ninja on a demo account when suddenly cames out an error message out of the blue.
    My speakers got crazy because this message appears in series, so I had to press on "ok" button something like 20 times in a row.

    After that message disappeared, after a couple of seconds appeared again with the same frequency...

    I shutted down the platform and tried to re-open it but I cannot do that (NT8 shutted automatically down by its own)

    I cannot open the platform anymore.
    How can I do?

    I attached a screenshot with the message.

    Hello,
    Thank you for your post.

    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

      Hi Justin,
      unfortunately I cannot open the platform anymore, I also tried to unistal and re-instal it again but the problem persist.
      When I try to log me in this message appear (please find attached)

      How can I do?

        Hello,

        Thank you for your reply.

        You may also manually send in your log and trace files. Please send an email to [email protected] and reference ticket number 1712238 in the body of your email.

        The steps below will outline how to manually attach these files:

        Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
        Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
        Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
