    Saving chart properties preset does not work

    Ninjatrader does not seem to be saving the chart properties preset I have set. So when I tried to restore the preset, it actually reverts the settings to factory default ones instead. See attached steps recorder recording.

    Hello Softturbo,
    Can you please clarify if you have saved a customized preset before selecting the restore button? I have tested your inquiry however I was unable to reproduce it.

      Yes, I did click save but I didn't see any confirmation or otherwise. I then tried to restore the settings but it's not restoring my saved settings.

      (Note I didn't actually changed any of the setting in-between the save and the restore in the recording. i.e. all the properties should remain the same when I clicked restore if the save function was working properly. But since the save was not working, when I clicked restore, NT8 ended up restoring the factory default settings instead of the settings I tried to save.)
