Chart not updating

    Chart not updating

    Hi, my charts are not updating but I see data in the DOM and in Time &Sales.
    Yes, I checked the date on the charts. It's today's date.
    I tried opening a new chart and set to 'Use Instrument settings' to no avail.

    Please help.

    So that I may investigate I would ask that you contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20170528.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.

        Every Holiday the same

        the same on my charts ... CL, GC dead ..only 6e is working. Is this again the Holiday issue ? Every Holiday the same ?

          Hello,

          We have found that this item is caused by an error in the Trading Hours template Nymex — Energy ETH.

          To correct the error manually:

          * Click Tools -> Trading Hours
          * In the templates list on the left select Nymex Metals — Energy ETH
          * On the right find the 05/29/2017 date
          * Click edit on the bottom right (The end date will read 05/28/2017)
          * Set the End date to 05/29/2017
          * Click OK
          * Right-click the chart -> select Reload All Historical Data
