    All charts not updated past 12 May

    Hi team,
    I haven't been on NT8 for a couple of weeks, and when I loaded it, all my charts across all of my workspaces did not update the daily chart past 12 May.
    I thought this might because I hadn't updated to the latest NT8, which I did. However, the problem is still there.
    I then tried selcting 'load all historical data', and as you can see from my attachment , it now shows me the 12th May and the 3rd June and no dates in between.
    I've tried on some of the other charts and they don't update at all.

    Can you assist me?

    Could you please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry.


    To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.
