NT8 Market Replay Problem

Hello,

I have used the Market Replay feature in NT8 quite a few times, but today when I downloaded replay data from 3/1/17 until 3/31/17, the Market Replay does not work.

It is 6/7/17 today, so this replay data is about three months old. Is there a limit to how far back we can go with Market Replay data?

If not, any other idea as to why it is not playing back for me now?

At first I downloaded and tried to replay data for the AUDUSD, then when that didn't work, I disconnected from replay mode then switched to the EURCHF and then connected to replay mode again and once again it would not play back the data.

I tried dates in the month of April, dates which have worked for me before, but no luck.

Update: I just got an Unhandled Exception error message and then NT8 said it had to shut down and then crashed.

Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

* Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
* Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
* Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
* Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
