Data lag and workspace issues

I'm about at the end of my tether with this platform. I’ve got one Workspace open with 4 charts on it. Yes, it’s got a couple of 3rd party add-ons, but if one is unable to do that, then what’s the point?

I had the platform open for about 20 minutes and began to notice a lag between the DOM and the charts, and an indicator gone from a panel.

In layman's speak, what is causing this, please? When it's operating correctly, it operates at < 10% of that!

It will be difficult to troubleshoot what you're experiencing using the information you've provided.

Please write into PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com with a link to this thread, a brief summary of what you're experiencing, and your log and trace files.

You can include your log and trace files by following these steps:

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
