Sorting columns in market analyzer

Hi,
is there a way to sort the analyzer by multiple columns like in excel? So for example primary sort against column 2 then by column 1 and then by column 3??

Thank you for posting in our forum.

Within the Market Analyzer of NinjaTrader 8, there is just the option to sort based on one primary column. There is not the option to have sorting based on additional columns (secondary, tertiary, etc).

If you would like, I can submit a feature request for this in future releases of NinjaTrader 8.

Is there any way that I can do it by writing an extension or software and hooking into Nt8?

Thank you for your reply. It may be possible with custom programming, but this is not something we can provide support for.

In case it helps, you can export your Market Analyzer grid to an Excel file by right clicking and selecting Export.

Thanks but I'm not looking for on going support. Would you be able to start me off by telling me how I can do it with a custom programming solution? Do you have an example that I can use ?
