Chart Alerts Not Working?

I have Chart Alert with "All Condition" of two indicator based conditions, with simple comparisons, Indicator1 is greater than numeric value 1 "and" Indicator 2 is greater than numeric value 2. I have Rearm type = On condition reversed. I am assuming the alert will rearm if any "one" of the two conditions are invalidated.

The Alerts work exactly 2 times and then it doesn't seem to work, by verifying that the conditions are fulfilled the 3rd and more times but no messages are shown on the Alerts Log.

Is this because I am using free/demo account...? Or some other reason...?
I am just evaluating the platform at this time.

I found the behavior when connected to live FXCM data as well as using Playback data.

PS: I tried Rearm type to On timer and same issue...

This is what I've learned about alerts, executions.
1.First you need to test is it your code/setup or ninja.
when you see missed alert, disable it, apply, enable again and see if it works two times and than gives up. If it does it all the time, well your setup/code maybe doing it but if you can't simulate it and sometimes it seems to work sometimes it won't work at other time than:
2.Ninja often will not execute two alerts at the same exactly moment/tick/bar etc.
There is no fix for it but hard work to try to work it out. Split alerts to just one, test it for continuous work ,test the other alert if it works without stopping, Create sim102 if not using demo and put one alert on sim101, second on sim102,
