Cannot Access NT8 Accounts

    Cannot Access NT8 Accounts

    Hello,

    This morning I launched NT8 and connected with my Ninjatrader FXCM connection as I usually do, but then I saw that the 'Account' drop-down box was empty. So I could not choose an account to trade with.

    Screenshots attached.

    What do I do to be able to access my NT8 accounts?

    I was able to access my Playback connection this morning, but again, the 'Account' drop-down box was empty.
