Replay charts hang

Running replay on a fairly regular basis once every couple of days of replay for an instrument the charts and dom stop showing price change but you can see price changing on the dom but not "printing" additionally you can see the replay clock running. Effectively the dom and chart freeze but price continues to move. Orders don't execute. After about a min. the data comes through and rapidly prints to the dom and chart to catch up to current time on replay. It also execute any orders still on the dom that are hit. Most annoying.
Hoping this is a known issue with a fix.

It could be possible that there is no available chart data to fill these ranges, however, I would like to test this on my side.

What instruments are affected? If multiples, please list those you've seen it on the most.

Are there any specific dates/times that you can verify this happens?

If you re-download the replay data for that day does it work appropriately?

instrument ES06-16, 5/18/1016, charts & dom hang several times between 8:40 and 8:47am. Yes have redownloaded the replay data.

Which time zone? EST? CST?

Update: My ES recorded data for 8:40am EST,8:47am EST and 9:40am EST for 5/18/2016 in NT7 appear to playback fine in NT8.

good point about NT7. Ran it there and had it hang again. Deleted the data again and went to the market replay site paid $7 and down loaded the data there. Works fine. it was corrupt data from the NT7 converted file. Not sure why the re download via NT8 didn't work the.
