    Hello fx.practic,

From my understanding it is possible that a cancellation can be rejected. In this situation, the change order would be effective.

And what about CancelPending and CancelSubmitted?
Can orders in these states be changed?
Does it mean, that changing order in these states can "cancel cancellation" and order become alive again?

    Hello fx.practic,

An order can be changed in any state that is not a final state such as Filled, Part Filled, Rejected, Cancelled, or Unknown.

Oh, I think was't enough specific.
Let me ask in this way:

Can order be changed in OrderState.Initialized
Can order be changed in OrderState.Submitted
Can order be changed in OrderState.Accepted
Can order be changed in OrderState.TriggerPending
Can order be changed in OrderState.Working
Can order be changed in OrderState.ChangePending
Can order be changed in OrderState.ChangeSubmitted
Can order be changed in OrderState.CancelPending
Can order be changed in OrderState.CancelSubmitted
Can order be changed in OrderState.Rejected
Can order be changed in OrderState.PartFilled
Can order be changed in OrderState.Filled
Can order be changed in OrderState.Unknown
Can order be changed in OrderState.Cancelled
Can order be changed in OrderState.AcceptedByRisk

Of course, I mean changed by ChangeOrder() method.

    Hello fx.practic,

After ChangeOrder() is called and the order price or order quantity is changed, the OrderState will become ChangePending, and then Accepted, and then Working.

Below is a publicly available link to the help guide on ChangeOrder().
