    Range of price for condition

    Does anybody know how to code a condition that includes price within a defined range before "action" is taken?

    e.g. if PriceA is within +/- "x" pips and greater than PriceB.

    Mathematically it could be written as:
    ( (PriceA - "x"pips) <= PriceA <= (PriceA + "x"pips) ) > PriceB

    But when I try to write this in NT8, it gives me an error that "Operator "<=" cannot be applied to operands of type 'bool' and 'double'".

    Appreciate any help.

    Thanks,

    Hello shogunforlife,

    Thanks for your post.

    You would need to break the conditions and combine them using the logical "and" operator &&.

    ( ((PriceA - "x"pips) <= PriceA) && (PriceA <= (PriceA + "x"pips)) ) > PriceB.
