    Orders not displayed

    Good morning,
as shown in the attached image, a short order (right) was taken on the chart but it did not appear in the Control Center (left).
    What should I do?
    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your post.

Please check to make sure you are not filtering out any orders in your Control Center. You may check this by right-clicking inside of the Control Center while on the Orders tab and ensuring that there is nothing being filtered under "Filter By Account" or "Filter Orders". I have included a link to the help guide documentation on the properties in the Orders tab.

Also, does this trade appear in the historical performance or the real time performance? You can check by right clicking inside your chart>Strategy Performance>AlgoTraderPlus1CCI>Historical .

Please let me know if no orders are being filtered.

It's all fine set up as seen in the pictures but the executed ones are not displayed.
      I'm waiting.

        Hello Roberto,

On the contrary, those executions are the top two executions in your screenshot.
The reason that those executions show up in historical is that they are backtest trades.
Each strategy loads it's historical data up as a backtest, and then plots those executions rather than real-time executions.
If you want the real-time performance (the real trades from the strategy) you will need to use the Strategy Performance > Real-time or the Trade Performance window.

I am including a link to the help guide documentation on working with automated strategies in a chart.

          Hello Josh,
I've been using my Ninja7 code for years. How Real Time Use Interactive Brokers. Orders that click on Ninja7 then I enter them manually on Interactive Brokers. I would like to do the same with NInja8. I have been able to transcribe the codes from Ninja7 to NInja8 and work fine. There is only the problem that real-time orders appear on the chart and not on the order window, as I can see in Ninja7.
Depends on what? Are there any commands I have to modify?
          Thank you.
          Hello.

Josh, I think I understand why.
It traded on the change of time that was in Italy on Saturday 28 October. So, when I joined the other day at 3:30 pm in Italy, the signal had already kicked out for 1 hour, so it did not appear on the order page.
            Thanks for everything.
            Roberto
