Stop trading during news release

I am trying to reference an alert from jtEconNews (courtesy of forex factory and available for download in indicators section - see attached) to my strategy.
How can I reference alerts to strategies?

It looks like you would need to modify that script and make a public property for the 'news' collection. I suggest reaching out to forex factory to see if they have any more information.

I could not get hold off anybody from ForexFactory.
Can you please help me expose / make a public property from an indicator ?
Is there any example for NT8 I can follow?

Unfortunately, we do not do any custom indicator development or modifications here at NinjaTrader as it would limit our Support capabilities. There are also no samples specific to NinjaTrader that I am aware of. I will include the publicly available msdn link on public properties below:
